Artist Statement:

for the longest time, I've always had several questions and wanted to leanr more about alternate worlds. Questions such as what would its natural laws be? Would they be facing any worldwide problems such as climate changhe and world hunger? How would their world function? Do people like us live there or another species? eyc. in this collage, I wanted to show 1 possibility of what an alternate world might look like. One character I decided to use was the reversal of natural laws. I did this by using pictures of flowers, mountains and trees as the sky and pictures of skies for the ground. To me, this collage tells me that thinking about these kinds of topics allow me to open up my creativity because there are no right or wrong answer when it comes to this huge and lingering question.
